Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist or in a customer service role.
• Experience using Phorest Salon Software or any other salon software.
• Good knowledge of appointment scheduling, client management, and salon booking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Manage and schedule client appointments; keep the booking calendar organized.
• Confirm appointments and follow up as needed.
• Check clients in and coordinate with the salon team for smooth service.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, maintain daily sales records.
• Prepare and maintain client records and appointment details.
• Provide information on services, prices, promotions, and packages.
• Recommend suitable services and products based on client needs.
• Maintain the reception area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Beauticians, Nail Technicians, and Hair Stylists.
• Assist with general admin tasks and other duties.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
