Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is seeking a highly experienced General Foreman for a challenging construction project in Sharjah. The role requires 15+ years of UAE experience, a valid UAE driving licence, and immediate joining.

You will supervise all site activities from excavation to final finishing, read and interpret drawings, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to HSE standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities from excavation to final finishing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of concrete, structural and finishing works.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Supervise manpower, subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and other site teams.
• Monitor materials, manpower, productivity and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
• Resolve site-level issues and provide regular progress updates.
