Job summary

REAPHR is seeking a Site Foreman in Abu Dhabi, UAE to supervise daily construction activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work meets drawings and safety standards. Gulf experience is mandatory and strong leadership is required for coordinating masons, plumbers and other site workers.

Qualifications

• Gulf construction experience and practical knowledge of site operations, manpower supervision, and construction activities.
• Experience supervising construction workers and tradesmen.
• Ability to understand site drawings and instructions.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor workers' performance.
• Coordinate masons, plumbers and other site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions and required standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Site.
• Check workmanship and identify defects requiring correction.
