Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a reputed construction and facilities maintenance client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will supervise site workers, coordinate daily construction activities, monitor workmanship, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across projects.

Gulf construction experience is mandatory. The role demands strong leadership, manpower supervision, and ability to read drawings. Immediate joiners preferred and accommodation/transport may be provided.

Qualifications

• Gulf construction experience is mandatory.
• Ability to supervise site operations and manpower.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor workers' performance.
• Coordinate masons, plumbers and other site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions and required standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Site Engineer/Project Supervisor.
• Check workmanship and identify defects requiring correction.
• Coordinate materials, tools and manpower requirements.
• Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials.
• Maintain site discipline and productivity.
• Enforce health and safety requirements.
• Support inspections and completion of assigned work within deadlines.
• Maintain an organised and safe worksite.
