Job summary

Client of Reap HR in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Site Foreman for a construction and facilities maintenance client. You will supervise site workers, coordinate daily activities, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality in line with project requirements.

The role requires Gulf region experience and strong leadership to allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain discipline on site. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman in construction.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and civil works.
• Ability to understand site drawings and instructions.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor workers performance.
• Coordinate masons, plumbers and other site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions and required standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Site Engineer/Project Supervisor.
• Maintain an organised and safe worksite.
