Job summary

D4Insight in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Firco Support Specialist with deep expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, FSK, Firco Prediction Integrator (PI) and Firco Case Manager (CM API) to lead critical production support and complex integrations.

You will own incident management, monitor real‑time and batch screening queues, perform RCA, implement preventive actions, develop REST/SOAP API mappings, and drive automation to ensure system stability in a high‑volume banking sanctions environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Firco platforms (Continuity, Trust, FSK, PI, CM API).
• Strong REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML transformation experience.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting.
• Proven incident management and automation development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced production support for Firco Continuity, Trust, and FSK.
• Monitor real-time queues, outages, and alert generation; ensure SLA and compliance.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations and JSON/XML payload mappings.
• Troubleshoot API throttling, timeout issues, and data mappings.
