Job summary

Bybit is seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Specialist to join the Finance team in Abu Dhabi. You will manage financial close, payments, staff expense claims, VAT compliance and audit support, ensuring accuracy and strong controls across processes.

You will collaborate with colleagues and external advisers, supporting regulatory reporting and cross-border activities as the team grows. A proactive approach and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, including close and reconciliations.
• Experience with VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and analyze differences.
• Prepare VAT reconciliations and tax return supporting schedules.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and audits.
• Process payments and staff expense claims.
