Job summary

Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Specialist to join our finance team. You will help keep our financial close accurate, timely and well-controlled, with focus on close activities, payments, staff expense claims, tax compliance and audit support.

You will work with colleagues across the business and external advisers, taking ownership of recurring finance processes and supporting regulatory reporting as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience with close and reconciliations.
• Experience with payments processing and expense claim workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities with journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment activity and vendor balances; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare VAT reconciliations and assist with corporate tax returns.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits and documentation; maintain audit trails.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
