Job summary

Finanshels is seeking a proactive Field Marketing/Events lead to shape and run end-to-end activations across the UAE startup ecosystem. You will identify opportunities, manage budgets, and drive on-site execution for high-visibility events.

The role requires strong bilingual communication in English and Arabic, and a track record of delivering campaigns with measurable impact for fintech or service startups. On-site collaboration with sales and content teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B field marketing, brand activations, or event management experience (ideally fintech or services for startups/SMBs).
• Proven record executing campaigns in the UAE startup ecosystem.
• Fluent English & Arabic with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing connections with co-working hubs, SME councils, and event organizers.
• Detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event strategy for conferences, expos, and summits.
• Lead registrations, budgeting, booth planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Build relationships with event organizers, SME councils, and ecosystem partners for visibility and speaking opportunities.
