Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks a highly skilled Facilities Supervisor for Resort Engineering to oversee daily maintenance operations across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a luxury resort. You will lead a technical team, coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to faults to maintain five‑star service standards.

The role emphasizes hands‑on troubleshooting, system monitoring, safety compliance and cross‑functional coordination with Operations and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong supervisory capability and leadership.
• Experience with HVAC systems, pumps, and building management systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and component documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities technicians and allocate daily maintenance tasks.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Monitor workloads and ensure timely task completion.
• Lead troubleshooting and rectification of faults in building services.
• Coordinate with BMS teams during alarms or control issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE requirements.
• Inspect completed work and close work orders with documentation.
• Support shutdowns and coordinate maintenance affecting critical systems.
• Provide on‑site guidance and mentor technicians to raise capability.
