Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead daily facilities operations across essential building services. You will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance, and ensure high service standards across a five-star property.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in facilities, strong HVAC and BMS knowledge, and can read technical drawings while guiding a maintenance team on site.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of facilities experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, pumps and controls knowledge.
• Ability to read technical drawings and lead maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and allocate daily maintenance assignments.
• Coordinate Planned Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Monitor completion of scheduled and corrective maintenance work.
• Verify the quality of completed maintenance tasks.
• Review and close work orders following completion.
• Report maintenance deviations and unresolved technical issues.
• Coordinate manpower according to operational priorities.
• Maintain five-star facilities and service standards across assigned areas.
• Lead troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with BMS, Operations and Engineering teams to optimize system performance.
• Escalate major faults and recommend improvements.
