Job summary

BESIX, through its Six Construct arm in the UAE, is seeking a Contract Administrator for Facilities Management to safeguard contractual interests, manage main and subcontract packages, and ensure compliance across a large FM programme.

You will prepare contractual correspondence, notices and documentation, support claims and EOT submissions, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to drive performance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Law.
• 5+ years in contract administration, quantity surveying, or related fields.
• Experience with service contracts and subcontract agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the main contract and major subcontract packages.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation.
• Ensure contractual compliance across service delivery.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and potential disputes.
• Prepare and support claims, variations, and EOT submissions.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve contract administration processes and documentation.
• Provide contractual guidance to project, operational and commercial teams.
