Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group company, is seeking a Contract Administrator to safeguard contractual interests and ensure compliance across a large FM programme in Abu Dhabi. You will manage main contracts and major subcontracts, prepare notices, and support claims, variations, and EOT submissions while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, QS, engineering, procurement or FM.
• Experience managing service contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Knowledge of claims management, variations, disputes and compliance.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS or MCIArb is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and document control.

Responsibilities

• Effective administration and management of the main contract and major subcontract packages.
• Timely preparation and management of contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation.
• Contractual compliance across all service delivery activities.
• Identification and mitigation of contractual risks and potential disputes.
• Preparation and support of claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Strong collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement of contract administration processes and subcontract documentation.
• Provision of contractual guidance and support to project, operational, and commercial teams.
