BESIX, through its Six Construct arm in the UAE, is seeking a Contract Administrator for Facilities Management to safeguard contractual interests, manage main and subcontract packages, and ensure compliance across a large FM programme.

You will prepare contractual correspondence, notices and documentation, support claims and EOT submissions, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to drive performance and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Law.
• 5+ years in contract administration, quantity surveying, or related fields.
• Experience with service contracts and subcontract agreements.

What You'll Drive

• Effective administration and management of the main contract and major subcontract packages.

• Provision of contractual guidance and support to project, operational, and commercial teams.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, facilities management, or a similar field.
• Experience managing service contracts, subcontract agreements, and contractual correspondence.
• Strong knowledge of claims management, variations, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management principles.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and document control processes.
