Cutting Edge Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Senior Captain at a premier Dubai beach resort. Lead service on the floor, coach colleagues, and ensure guests receive warm, efficient hospitality across outlets such as restaurants, bars, and beach venues.

You will collaborate with Outlet Management to uphold standards, drive upselling, and deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. A dynamic international team awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service in 4- or 5-star hotels or high-volume environments.
• Experience as Captain / Senior Waiter or supervisor is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency; other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily service operations.
• Lead service team during shifts.
• Deliver friendly, professional guest service.
• Brief and allocate duties to staff.
• Monitor setup, mise en place, cleanliness.
• Take orders accurately and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions.
• Support upselling and revenue goals.
• Ensure service timing and table turnover.
• Train, coach, mentor junior team members.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock control and equipment care.
• Support outlet Manager with reports and shift admin.
• Take responsibility in supervisor absence.
• Maintain professional appearance and resort standards.
