Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage core HR processes and recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.

You will oversee onboarding, mobilization, attendance and leave, visa processing, employee documentation, and lifecycle activities, while ensuring accurate reporting and strong stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Workforce Administration.
• Experience in both Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processing.
• Experience in workforce mobilization and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
