Job summary

Jeebly in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, dispatch coordination, and MIS reporting. You will work closely with warehouse teams, drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely operations and accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics, with strong data-analysis skills and experience in courier or e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or last-mile operations.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, returns and inventory-handling processes.
• Strong Excel, MIS reporting and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipment receiving, sorting, processing and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with the last-mile team and drivers for timely shipment movement.
• Monitor and process last-mile returns and reverse orders.
• Track shipment ageing and ensure closures within the SLA.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor volumes, productivity, manpower utilization and performance.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support manpower and shift planning based on operational volumes.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Title: Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations

The Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipment processing, dispatch coordination, last-mile returns and operational reporting. The role requires close coordination with warehouse teams, drivers, hubs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipment receiving, sorting, processing and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with the last-mile team and drivers for timely shipment movement.
• Monitor and process last-mile returns, undelivered shipments and reverse orders.
• Track shipment ageing and ensure pending shipments and returns are closed within the agreed SLA.
• Maintain accurate operational data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor volumes, productivity, manpower utilization and operational performance.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support manpower and shift planning based on operational volumes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
