Job summary

YOSH in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, storage and dispatch while maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment. You will handle deliveries, stock checks and routine counts, ensuring accurate records and responding to discrepancies promptly.

Key skills include experience with ERP/WMS systems, Oracle WMS and other inventory tools. The role requires teamwork, safety awareness and ability to adapt during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries; check goods against delivery notes and report shortages or damages to the line manager.
• Unload, load and move stock safely by hand or using pallet trucks, trolleys and other manual handling equipment following site procedures.
• Assist with routine stock counts, cycle counts and basic inventory paperwork, recording discrepancies and escalating issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse areas, storage racks and loading bays; remove waste and ensure recycling and disposals follow site procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged stock or equipment faults immediately and follow up on corrective actions as instructed.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and carry out other duties to support operations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities
