Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Senior Executive Bid - FM to prepare accurate cost estimates for Total Facilities Management contracts. The role requires an operations background, collaboration with operations, commercial teams and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with service delivery models and client expectations.

The candidate will review tender documents, perform site surveys, develop manpower plans, negotiate subcontractor quotations and deliver complete technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant TFM estimation and bidding experience within the UAE FM industry.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFP requirements and scope specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for hard and soft FM services.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site surveys and assessments.
• Prepare RFIs and coordinate clarifications with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop manpower plans using productivity benchmarks and site-specific requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations for specialist subcontracted services.
• Develop practical, competitive and operationally deliverable service models.
• Carry out rate benchmarking, risk assessment and value-engineering reviews.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including assumptions, exclusions and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and other internal stakeholders.
• Support client clarifications, presentations, negotiations, variations and contract amendments.
