Job summary

Al Ghurair Facility Management in the UAE is seeking an Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for facilities management projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FM standards, excellent proficiency in cost estimation tools, and a valid UAE driving license. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Proficient in cost estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM hard and soft services projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Handle cost planning and budget management for FM services
• Assist with technical and commercial tender proposals
• Maintain pricing databases, supplier records, and market trend updates
• Conduct site visits, prepare BOQs, and support site familiarization
