Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Events Manager - Asset Protection to lead the security strategy for large-scale events at the UAE resort. You will translate corporate objectives into actionable event-security plans, align with risk management, and coordinate with resort leadership to ensure guest experience and operational continuity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in security, risk management, event management, or related field.
• 5+ years planning and leading security for large-scale events at major venues.
• Experience with law enforcement, emergency services, regulatory authorities.
• Experience developing event security plans, risk assessments, staffing models, crowd management.
• Leadership and stakeholder-management skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning tools.
• Knowledge of emerging security technologies and event-security systems.
