Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager - Asset Protection to lead security operations across gaming and non-gaming areas with a focus on safety, compliance, and incident response. The role oversees deployment, incident escalation, and collaboration with SOC and other departments to protect guests and assets.

The position requires 5+ years in security leadership within large resorts and a Bachelor’s degree in security or related field; CPP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ security leadership experience in large integrated resorts (implied by role).
• Proven experience leading large teams within a resort/hospitality security function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or related field; CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all security operations during the shift for gaming and non-gaming areas.
• Direct deployment of security team to maintain coverage and response capability.
