Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Director – Security Services to lead the security team at the Ras Al Khaimah resort. The role involves overseeing gaming, site, and event security, staff accommodation security, and logistics operations, while supporting the Director in high-pressure decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree related to security, 10+ years of leadership in hospitality security, and professional certifications such as CPP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security or related field or equivalent.
• ASIS CPP or other security/risk management certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in hospitality-security for large operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across gaming, site, event, staff accommodation, and logistics.
• Support Director with decision-making during routine and high-pressure situations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Contribute to KPIs and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regs, gaming laws and policies.
• Maintain relationships with government authorities and emergency services.
• Research and implement new security technologies to improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and PO management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless security operations.
• Provide risk management guidance to leadership and teams.
