Job summary

Private is seeking an Events Coordinator/Planner in Dubai to manage events from start to finish. You will oversee budgets, client relationships, and supplier coordination to deliver high-quality brand experiences.

The role requires UAE event industry experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and excellent English communication. Travel may be required to fulfil program objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in an events agency, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge in MICE and corporate events.
• Experience in the UAE event industry is a must.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project budgets from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts and own the projects.
• Oversee operational and administrative functions to deliver projects.
• Develop MICE and Incentive programs from scratch.
• Deliver events on time and within budget according to standards.
• Set and maintain timelines and priorities for each project.
• Develop client relationships and manage suppliers.
• Prepare regular project status reports.
• Liaise with clients to confirm event requirements.
• Oversee events production including AV and production.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and suppliers.
• Occasional travel may be required.
