Harjai Technologies in Dubai/UAE seeks an experienced Estimation Manager to lead tendering and cost estimation for utilities infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive bid preparation experience for water, sewerage, power, district cooling, and telecom networks, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple tenders within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading estimation for utilities infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to prepare competitive bids for large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation process from tender receipt to bid submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QS, and Operations for inputs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and validate BOQs.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers; evaluate offers.
• Analyze project risks and opportunities during bidding.
• Develop value engineering solutions to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
