Job summary

Lindenberg Emirates LLC seeks a Civil Estimation Engineer to lead cost estimation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will prepare QTOs/BOQs, evaluate tenders, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams to ensure accurate, competitive bids.

The role requires a civil engineering degree with MOHESR equivalency and an Abu Dhabi Municipality license, plus 5-7 years of UAE estimation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency.
• Engineer’s License from Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a civil estimation role in the UAE.
• Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs (QTOs), BOQs, and detailed cost estimates from tender drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, reservoirs and related civil works.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical and commercial clarifications as needed.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and perform rate analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams during tendering.
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering to support competitive bids.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions per client requirements.
• Maintain estimating records, cost databases and historical pricing to improve accuracy.
• Support handover of awarded projects by providing estimate details to the project team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency
• Engineer's License from Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a civil estimation role in the UAE

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Water transmission pipelines, Sewerage networks, Pump stations, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, RCC reservoirs and associated civil structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, identify project scope and prepare technical and commercial clarifications where required

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams during the tendering process
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering proposals to support competitive bids
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions in accordance with client requirements

• Support the handover of awarded projects by providing estimate details and tender assumptions to the project execution team
