The incumbent will manage the estimation team, review documents, prepare cost estimates, and ensure competitive pricing within tender deadlines. UAE experience in main contractors preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of estimation and tendering experience in UAE.
• Strong experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading an estimation team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the estimation team for building and infrastructure projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, pricing, and quantity take-offs.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure accurate and competitive tender pricing.
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and potential savings.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Provide pricing recommendations to Tender Manager.
• Ensure estimates are completed on time.
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing.
