Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – ESCO & Cooling as a Service (CaaS) based in Dubai to drive growth across the GCC region. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers and lead the sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract award.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and project delivery teams to develop value-driven proposals and help customers achieve energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/energy/electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in ESCO or related sectors.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale energy efficiency or sustainability projects in GCC.
• Experience with EPC, CaaS, Low Delta T energy solutions and Heat Pump Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow ESCO and CaaS revenue in GCC region.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities for energy solutions.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, asset owners, developers, government entities, facility management companies, consultants and partners.
• Lead the sales cycle from opportunity to contract award with cross-functional teams.
• Present business cases on energy savings, ROI, and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory developments in the GCC.
