Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Mandatory: SCA-licensed broker.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in equity trading, portfolio management, and client-facing roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, and investment databases.
• Deep knowledge of UAE/GCC financial markets, including margin trading regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of negotiating large-scale trades or managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Fluent in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders on the ADX and DFM exchanges in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
• Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and risk appetite.
• Ensure onboarding, AML/CTF, and trade settlement compliance.
• Stay updated on market rules, commission structures, and competitors.
• Maintain compliant client onboarding and KYC processes.
• Promote new business through client contacts and outreach.
• Monitor market trends and analyze portfolios for trading ideas.
• Represent ADIB at industry events to enhance visibility.
