Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Petroleum/Chemical projects to manage schedule, interfaces with contractors and licensors, and drive deliverables from the home office to site in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years in the oil and gas sector, deep knowledge of EPC contracts and license agreements, and fluent English communication within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Petroleum/Chemical Industry.
• Full understanding of the EPC contract.
• Understanding of License agreement with Licensor of the technology.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent through experience).

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables list from Contractor and compare with contractual and scheduled deliverables.
• Control, monitor and report Contractor’s performance against the schedule.
• Maintain an Action Log and report open actions to PM every Friday.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports and BPSC materials for PM approval.
• Ensure proper filing of all documents and adherence to ADNOC VAP procedures.
