Job summary

Worley in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced EPC contract manager to lead contract administration for FEED/EPC works on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. You will oversee procurement, contracts, and materials, ensuring compliance with the project execution strategy and warranties.

You will champion HSSE, manage risk, coordinate with owner and PMC teams, review contract changes, and drive close-out procedures, with ADNOC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC contracts and PMC roles.
• Minimum 5 years’ offshore project experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Complies with Company policies and objectives, Contracts and Procurement work processes.
• Review EPC/FEED contract requirements and changes.
• Prepare and issue Subcontract Administration Monthly Reports (SAMR) and Owner reports.
• Review project records management system and contract management procedures.
• Manage Change by controlling scope, cost, schedule and quality through Change Orders and Variations.
