TECNIMONT in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Buyer to carry out procurement activities for assigned materials and services, guided by the Purchasing Coordinator and Head of Purchasing.

The role requires 3–4 years EPC/Oil & Gas procurement experience in UAE and internationally, strong negotiation, and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and SAP ERP. It offers growth within a project-focused office.

Qualifikationen

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of procurement experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects in UAE and international market.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Emailing, ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Aufgaben

• Manage procurement activities for assigned materials and services.
• Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations in line with required deadlines.
• Prepare bid tabulations, CBEs, and purchase recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and achieve cost savings and required delivery date.
• Timely issue and follow up Purchase Orders until PO acceptance.
• Support to Coordinate with Engineering, Expediting, Inspection, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support vendor development, and supplier performance monitoring.
