Job summary

BlackStone eIT seeks an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to provide onsite consultancy and technical support within a large enterprise environment in the UAE. The role covers managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise networks across L1–L3, with potential after-hours support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 5–7 years of hands-on experience, and a mandatory CCNP certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years hands‑on experience managing and maintaining large enterprise network environments.
CCNP certification is mandatory.
Strong experience in enterprise networking and network troubleshooting.
Proven ability to provide L1, L2, and L3 network support.
Experience working within an ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite network and security consultancy and technical support within a large enterprise environment.
Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure across L1–L3.
Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.
Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network and security incidents.
Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.
Support incident resolution, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
