Job summary

DiceTek UAE is seeking an L3 Network and Security Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for enterprise network and security infrastructures. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system performance aligned with security policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least six years of enterprise experience. This full-time role is essential in maintaining high availability and compliance for critical environments in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of hands-on experience in network and security support roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-vendor infrastructures.
• OEM certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar vendors are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, and security appliances.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and customer security policies.
