Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer / Senior Network Consultant to provide onsite network and security consultancy and technical support within a large enterprise environment.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across L1, L2, and L3 , while working within an ITIL framework .
• The role may require after-hours and weekend support, including remote or onsite assistance outside normal working hours.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure within a large enterprise environment.
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 network troubleshooting and technical support .
• Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
• Support network and security infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work within established ITIL processes and service management frameworks .
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network and security incidents.

• Previous experience supporting UAE Government / Public Sector customers is highly preferred.
• Government / Public Sector Experience Previous experience working with UAE Government or Public Sector customers is highly preferred.
• For the overall engagement, the bidder/organization is expected to have at least 2 years of experience with government, public‑sector, or judicial customers .
