Job summary

Biofourmis is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Healthcare Sales Executive in Dubai to drive multi-million dollar contracts with IDNs and health systems. You will lead territory plans, articulate ROI, and manage end-to-end deal cycles from discovery to close.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize go-to-market strategy, build high-value pipelines, and stay involved post go-live to support expansion in a fast-growing digital health space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with hospital systems.
• Experience with digital health, RPM, care coordination, or related enterprise SaaS/services.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory plans targeting IDNs, AMCs, and large hospital systems.
• Position Biofourmis' solutions as drivers of efficiency, quality, and revenue optimization.
• Source new opportunities via outreach, referrals, conferences, and market mapping.
• Partner with SDRs and marketing to develop high-capacity pipelines of qualified leads.
• Lead discovery sessions with CMOs, CMIOs, CFOs, COOs, and VP-level operational leaders.
• Uncover critical needs in capacity management, readmission reduction, or VBC performance.
• Coordinate and deliver presentations and live product demonstrations.
• Own end-to-end deal execution—negotiations, redlines, pricing, and final approval.
• Secure multi-year, enterprise-level contracts.
