Job summary

Comspark Innov Infra in Dubai seeks an IT Business Development Manager with deep UAE healthcare technology market knowledge. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with hospitals, government bodies, and healthcare providers, and drive revenue through IT and digital health solutions.

You will engage with C-level executives, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop strategic accounts, and collaborate with delivery teams to tailor solutions for the healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Development, Technology Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong experience selling IT services or technology solutions within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Thorough understanding of the UAE healthcare technology landscape, regulations, and procurement processes.
• Proven experience engaging with government and private healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare workflows, reimbursement models, and healthcare business processes.
• Established relationships with healthcare executives and key industry stakeholders.
• Experience in opportunity identification, pipeline management, prospecting, and account development.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE healthcare technology market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, government organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Engage with C-suite executives and senior management to understand business needs and technology priorities.
• Drive IT services sales, solution positioning, and business development initiatives.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans and long-term customer engagement strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract closure activities.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.
