Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking an experienced project engineer to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams on ADNOC Onshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with contract manufacturers, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical objectives, safety, and quality are met within budget and schedule.

The role requires deep experience in front-end engineering and design, contractor oversight, and applying best industry practices with emphasis on HSE and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering as specified.
• 8 years of similar experience with at least 4 years in a senior supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manages the engineering team through all project stages coordinating with related entities to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Participates in tender document development and helps in selection of consultants, PMC and contractors with emphasis on pre-qualification and bid evaluation.
• Develops requirements (SOR) and implementation strategies to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Reviews contractor documentation and resolves conflicts in comments.
• Monitors progress with licensors, EPC contractors; identifies bottlenecks and recommends corrective actions.
