Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control project scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop contracting strategies and evaluate EPC versus PC options.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, and site functions.
• Manage contractor progress, QHSE compliance and change control.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones through FAT, SAT, and handover.
