Job summary

DAPIN, a leader in Oil & Gas engineering, seeks a Project Lead for our Abu Dhabi offices. The role oversees complex EPC projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules, budgets and technical specs.

Responsibilities cover the full project lifecycle, from basic engineering through delivery, with emphasis on ADNOC standards, safety, quality, and effective interface management with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 12+ years of EPC Oil & Gas or petrochemical project experience.
• Experience as Senior Engineer and/or Project Lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all project phases from basic engineering to delivery.
• Prepare and review project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor performance and propose corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project control teams for integration.
• Manage interfaces between contractors, vendors and clients.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans, with timely stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and QHSE standards.
• Promote corporate procedures and lessons learned.
