Job summary

Burj Al Arab is seeking a Resident Engineer to join its Engineering Department. This role focuses on supervising the daily activities of all Engineering Department supervisors and subordinates within the hotel’s luxury operations.

You will monitor adherence to policies and operating procedures, inspect completed repair and maintenance work for quality, and assist in implementing and coordinating the JEMS (Jumeirah Engineering Management System) across sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the daily activities of all Engineering Department supervisors and subordinates.
• Observes activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures.
• Checks completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met.
• Assists in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the JEMS (Jumeirah Engineering Management System).
