The ideal candidate holds a secondary or vocational engineering credential and a tradesman qualification. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Secondary education.
• Vocational certificate in requisite field of Engineering.
• Qualified tradesman within discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complaints/issues and perform repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Respond to inquiries courteously and provide information within the area of assignment.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks (PPMs/CWAs).
• Maintain logs and organize materials for service activities.
• Ensure safe, tidy work areas and adherence to SOPs.
