Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a planning or scheduling role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and trends.
• Demonstrated experience in resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools used for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience in project risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Lean, or traditional waterfall approaches.
