Job summary

Sourcet Global is seeking a Security Systems Technician/Engineer (ELV) in Dubai to support maintenance, installation, and commissioning of ELV security systems across UAE sites. The role is hands-on, involving troubleshooting, site works, documentation, and coordination with the team leader.

Experience of 2–5+ years in ELV security with ITI/Diploma or Bachelor’s in a relevant field is preferred; SIRA certification is highly regarded and travel across UAE is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in ELV security (maintenance + projects)
• ITI/Diploma or Bachelor’s in relevant field
• SIRA-certified or SIRA-ready (must be able to process after joining)
• Willingness to travel across UAE sites

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog, NVR/DVR, camera configuration, storage, remote access)
• Troubleshoot, install, and commission Access Control systems (controllers, readers, maglocks/strikes, door interfaces, software)
• Support VMS / connectivity topics (video guard connectivity, remote viewing, network-related faults)
• Execute preventive maintenance visits, fault rectification, and service reports
• Run cable termination/testing and basic networking checks (PoE, IP addressing, switch faults)
• Maintain accurate documentation: service reports, test results, punch lists, handover notes
