Job summary

Al Ghurair Elevators in Dubai seeks a senior sales leader to drive a comprehensive strategy across high-rise, infrastructure, and major developers. You will build strategic relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and mentor the sales team to win profitable projects.

You will act as the technical and commercial authority in bids, oversee tender documentation, and collaborate across functions to craft cost-competitive proposals, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8+ years in NI elevator/escalator in UAE/GCC.
• Expert-level knowledge of elevator/escalator systems and traffic analysis.
• Established network of consultants, developers, and main contractors in UAE construction.
• Leadership in negotiations and mentoring team members.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; able to read complex drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for defined market segments to exceed targets.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with consultants, developers, and project owners for pre-approvals and framework agreements.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial authority during complex negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Mentor and coach junior sales staff on technical specs, negotiation tactics, and client management.
• Serve as trusted advisor interpreting client requirements for elevator/escalator solutions.
• Lead meetings and presentations to position Al Ghurair Elevators as premium provider.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define innovative proposals with supplier, installation, and supply chain teams.
• Own the preparation and submission of BOQs, offers, and tender documentation for major projects.
• Lead pricing/contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and margins, with compliance to guidelines.
• Oversee bid-to-order process and smooth transition to project execution.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities and adjust strategy.
• Provide insights to senior management on pricing, positioning, and brand strategy based on market intel.
• Maintain knowledge of local regulations (Dubai Municipality, civil defense) and international standards.
