Medtronic plc in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in Electrophysiology Therapies. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on clinical support, including assistance during cardiac device implantations and EP procedures.

You will develop territory plans, manage tenders and contracts, and collaborate with physicians, healthcare administrators, and procurement teams. Regular travel across the UAE is required, with a hybrid work arrangement in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrophysiology therapies or related cardiovascular therapies.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, including hospital environments, tender processes, and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting complex cardiac procedures in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed annual sales and market share objectives across the Electrophysiology portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial activities, including pricing, tenders, contracts, and business agreements.
• Build strong partnerships with physicians, KOLs, healthcare administrators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Drive adoption of existing and newly launched technologies across assigned accounts.
• Provide hands-on support during cardiac device implantation and electrophysiology procedures.
• Support physicians and clinical teams with product utilization, programming, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Travel within UAE to cover assigned territories and support regional opportunities.
