Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related healthcare field.
Clinical or hospital environment experience.
1-4 years in medical device industry.
Professional level English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support for electrophysiology procedures.
Assist physicians during device implants and ablation cases.
Support product training and education sessions for healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of clinical support activities and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
