Job summary

Medtronic plc in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in Electrophysiology Therapies. You will engage physicians, hospitals, and procurement teams, deliver clinical support during procedures, and lead strategic account plans to expand therapy adoption across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, health sciences, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• 5+ years in Electrophysiology therapies or related cardiovascular therapies.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Electrophysiology Therapies through strategic account management.
• Develop territory and account plans, identify new business opportunities.
• Lead pricing, tenders, contracts and business agreements.
• Provide hands-on support during cardiac device implantation and electrophysiology procedures.
• Travel frequently within the UAE and occasionally regionally.
