Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, health sciences, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in CRM, EP, CAS, or related cardiovascular therapies.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures in hospital settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships independently.
• Professional level English communication.
• Experience within the UAE healthcare market.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and market share objectives across territory.
• Provide onsite clinical and technical support during procedures.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Build relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, procurement and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial activities including pricing, tenders, quotations, contracts, forecasting, and inventory.
• Drive adoption and commercialization of technologies.
• Partner with Technical Consultants and clinical teams for case support.
• Deliver product presentations and training for healthcare professionals.
• Represent Medtronic at educational events and meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
