Job summary

Medtronic plc in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned clinical specialist to provide on-site clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures. You will train clinicians, troubleshoot in real time, and help integrate new Medtronic technologies across assigned accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a healthcare field, 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills, with travel within the UAE as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field and strong clinical foundation.
• Minimum 6 years of medical device or cardiology/EP experience.
• Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during device implantations and EP procedures.
• Deliver real-time case support and troubleshooting in cath labs and EP suites.
• Conduct training programs for physicians, nurses and technicians.
• Support adoption of new technologies and therapies across accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and growth plans.
